Sprecher Extract with Soda Stream

I have searched and been rebuffed. So I will ask the question - is there any reason why I could not carbonate Sprecher syrup with a soda stream machine?

There's no reason why that wouldn't work. You'd just have to do some math to figure out the right ratio, and BAM Sprecher on demand.

I know I'm a few months late, but I do this all the time as I don't have room to dedicate a keg to root beer. I carbonate with the Soda Stream and then siphon off enough water so that one cup of syrup tops off the standard Soda Stream bottle. I just keep the open syrup in the fridge.
