A week or so ago I put an APA on tap and after the first couple pours I had crystal clear beer. I gelatin all of my beers, and am extremely careful about infection. Today I started pouring and the first few pours were crystal clear. I poured another beer and it was a cloudy mess. The next one was better, and the third one even better. In that time I didn’t move the keg at all. I don’t think I’m nearly halfway through my keg yet. I’ve never experienced a cloudy beer midway through the keg, where it clears up a couple pours later. Anyone know what the cause could be?

Cheers!

What kind of cloudy are you talking about? Like NEIPA cloudy like some stuff got picked up from the bottom of the keg or cloudy like chill haze?
