Does anybody know where to find a good Spotted Cow Extract Clone recipe?

I found this but I have not brewed it and can't say how it will taste. That being said....

WYeast 1056 Amercan Ale/Chico

I think the yeast would be the hardest part, but if you have access to a bottle, I would say culture it up from there. I think that a lot of the character in that beer is yeast-driven and WLP001 or WYeast 1056 are not going to give it to you. From reading about the beer, it sounds like the yeast in the bottle shoudl be the same stuff they brew it with.

I could culture from a bottle, but would not know how to begin to do that. Still pretty new at this. Is there a process/directions online i could look at.

If you are new to this I wouldn't recommend trying to culture the yeast from the bottle. I would try the 3711 French Saison yeast from Wyeast. It would fit the farm house ale style.
