Can I make a batch and spilt? Half ale and half lager. If so, any recipe suggestions? I was thinking a smash. Maybe Maris otter and east Kent goldings.
I bet Biermuncher's Centennial Blonde would be a good candidate. You have duel fermentation temperature capability I assume.
I can ferment an ale in my cellar. It's at 60 ambient and I have a Keezer which I can lager in. Do you think a smash would work?
