Hi all

I'm going to brew a Munich Helles. I thought it would be fun to make 10 gal of wort and use 5 gal for the Helles and use the other 5 gal for an ale. The grain will be pilsner and some munich and a bit of carafoam or wheat. Hops will be noble.

Any suggestions for the ale yeast, dry hops, adjunsts?

Thanks

For the Ale.

Saison

I brew a saison that is 86% Pilsner, 7% Wheat, 7% Munich
You could leave the hops the same
Use 3711

Advantage of making a Saison is you do not have to worry about temperature control as much.

Another option for the Ale is to add Sugar to boost ABV and then use Belgian Blonde Yeast.
