While storing my StarSan the container opened and spilled into the bottom of a bucket in my garage. It sat there and gathered some random things like dust and fuzz. I'm brewing today and this is the last of my sanitizer, I only need a 1/2 teaspoon or so to make a gallon but I'm wondering if its contaminated and shouldn't be used.

Is it ok to use some assuming I don't take any particles or floaters along with it? If not, what would be a good substitute to sanitize my tubes and fermenter?

I doubt anything nasty is living in that concentrate - (assuming the spill was the concentrate, not a mixed batch) - so you should be fine. Be careful, it is a very strong acid in it's concentrated form.
