Hello folks,
I recently ordered a Spike Brewing 10g kettle and had a great experience with their customer service. There was a small oversight in the QC on my kettle which was not a big deal, I just wanted to inquire aboit it. They apologized and assured me the integrity of the kettle is not compromised in any way and offered me a $50 gift card to settle things.
I declined the nice gesture because it wasn't my intention to gain anything from my inquiry and felt it wasn't necessary to do so.
In turn, they gave me a $25 gift card for me to use or share, whichever I choose.
