Spent Grain + Oven = This is gonna smell good!

Last night I brewed an IPA. I took the spent grain, spread them out in a pan (aluminum foil over & under) and left it out overnight... When I get home from work in about 30 minutes, I'm putting it in the oven for an hour or so, to dry them out. Can't WAIT to see what this is gonna smell like!!

Depends on how much lacto grew over night. The first thought I had was hot vomit, but hopefully you won't be experiencing that.
