Spelt Malt

Anyone know a source for spelt malt? I've been searching around but can only find it unmalted.

You will probably have to malt it your self. Fortunately it isn't that difficult. Did you find viable seed already?

I was afraid of that. I've seen it several places online...don't know how viable it is.

Weyermann has it available in chocolate malt form.

Try also looking for "Dinkel Malt"
