I am sure that I am not the first person to come up with this, but I was digging through our cuppboard this last weekend and found the round vacuum canisters that came with our FoodSaver. I have never found a use for them until now. They work great for storing specialty grains.

I only had three of them, so I put a wanted add on Craigslist and within hours, I had a lot of people that were willing to sell them to me for cheap. I have about six of them now full of grains...and all vacuum sealed.

Anyway, just an idea, but I thought I would share.:mug:

Cool, I seal mine in FoodSaver bags.
