I'm planning on brewing a special bitter this weekend, my first go at one in a while. Here's what I've come up with, I'm buying the materials tomorrow afternoon and brewing Sunday. If anyone has any advice to improve the ingredients before then, advice would be appreciated!

Mash
3 lbs Muntons Marris Otter
.5 lb British Light Crystal 15L
.5 lb British Biscuit
satchet of Burton Water Salts in mash water

Boil
1 oz UK EKG @ 5% at 60 min
5 lbs pale LME @ 15 minutes
1 tsp Irish Moss @ 15 min
.3 oz UK EKG @ 10 min
.3 oz UK EKG @ 5 min
.3 oz UK EKG @ FO

2-3 week primary
1 oz UK EKG @ dry hop for 7 days

Thoughts?

I used S-04. Brew went well, took off like a rocket. Gonna give it 3 weeks and then a week on the dry hops, 3 weeks in bottles.
