Where can I find good instructions on how to build a rig that will add my spurge water evenly and at a safe rate? I'm using a rectangular cooler as my mash tun.

You can also use a different technique, batch sparging, which doesn't require the fly sparging equipment. Denny has a good explanation here http://hbd.org/cascade/dennybrew/
