Spare Garage Fridge - Cleaning Help

So I have this spare fridge a buddy gave to me -- it works, well - but it is dirty as hell, and has an awful smell on the inside.

What are your thoughts / suggestions to cleaning this beast so I may convert it to a cold fermentation box and/or keg chiller.

You talking mold? If so, I'd clean it well, then wipe it down with bleach solution. Leave it open for a few days and the smell should subside.
