So when I bottled I eye balled the space in them incorrectly and didn't quite give them the recommended 1-1.5 inches in about half my bottles. The ones under y are around 3/4 to an inch on average. Will they just take extra time to carbonate? And if so how long probably? Oh the beer is a brown ale if that makes any difference. Abv is 4.3.

Did you use a bottling wand? Basically all you do is fill to the top and when you removed the wand the proper head space is automatically left from the wand displacement.

+1 for the bottling wand and it's powers to control headspace.

Takes the guess work out of it, and keeps it 'stinken simple'.
