If you won't be moving the keg, and you aren't using flow control faucet, one option is to remove the poppet on the beer out post and the beerline disconnect.
Disclaimer: If you do this, and forget, and then remove the liquid disconnect with no poppets, you will have a beer fountain from the keg. You always need to vent the head pressure of the keg first.
If you can clear the clog easily inside the keg, and it doesn't come back, then you are good to go and lucky. Often, the clog comes back, and then you have to either do as above, filter the beer with a screen, or rack to a new keg.
