Alright this was my first attempt at making a recipe. I used hops from two different purchases, so the amounts got a little odd because of that, I think some of it was old. Also, I don't remember what the IBU's were or the OG or the TG, its all written down at my parents because they have a yard, and sadly I do not. I usually get 70%ish efficiency.

I just bottled, but how does this even sound?

75 minute boil
1.060 OG, FG 1.012
49.5 IBU Tinseth

Grain Bill:
8.5 lbs Marris Otter
1.0 lbs Honey Malt
1.0 lbs Vienna
0.5 lbs Cara-pils
0.5 lbs 20L

Hops Schedule:
75 minutes 0.5 oz Centennial 8.7%
30 minutes 0.5 oz Centennial 8.7%
30 minutes 0.5 oz Centennial 6.7%
10 minutes 0.5 oz Centennial 6.7%
10 minutes 1.0 oz Willamette 4.8%
05 minutes 1.0 oz Willamette 5.2%

What do you people think, and I assume it is an American IPA right?

That was in the plans.

I thought I had, then I started to rack it to the bottling bucket and remembered that I never threw the dry hops in. Oh well, I will just treat this as an experiment, go back and improve it next time...

It sounds interesting. Maybe not something I would want to drink in large quantities, but definitely something I would want to try a few pints of.
