As per title, some of the brew enhancer from Coopers has clumped, I estimate around 10% which wasn't viable until it settled (see attached photos).

My idea is to leave everything the same and then sift it out before bottling but this is my first brew so looking for advice.

Once beer starts fermenting, you should minimize handling. "Sifting" beer at bottling is an unnecessary invitation for contamination and oxidation. Beer/wort is lost throughout the production process. If some of this enhancer remains after fermentation is finished, leave it behind, settled at the bottom of your fermenter, when you bottle.

Let us know how it comes out!

+1 on marc1’s advice…although I had to look up what beer enhancer was.

Was it added too late in the process and didn’t break down in the wort, or a lack of stirring? May be useful to identify how to not have this repeat itself with your next batch.
