Software for panel face layout

Whats a good free software or online app for laying out the face of a control panel? Something you can print out a 1:1 template. Also where does everyone get the nice plates with the on/off and other names for the switches?

I don't know of any software, but what I think most do is get a basic hand drawing then transfer it to graph paper taped onto the panel. That's pretty much what I did.

Ya that may be what I end up doing. I just thought there may be something I could fiddle with and move the components around. I guess I could always just make cutouts and use that to get it where I want it.
