Haven’t made soda been home brewing for a little bit got a good 10 batches done. So I’m not completely inexperienced. I don’t have a keg system and won’t be able to get one for a while. But I’d like to include kids and non drinkers in the fun. I know that naturally fermented soda will contain some alcohol but how much? And with standard capped bottles will they explode over time? Will priming a few days and holding in the fridge help stall fermentation?
