So what should I do here??? This is a secondary. I got lazy here, it was in the secondary for over 2 months it was an IPA. I moved it out of my fermentation area and was gonna bottle it but it sat there for a while some sun might have got to it. Thanx for any input.

It looks like a wild strain got a hold of it, but how does it taste? If it tastes fine, then I would rack from under that film, and bottle. The sun getting to it would not have infected it, just skunked it. If it tastes sour or vinegary there is most likely no saving it.

I also dry hopped it....I also read a lil on hop oil, I was hoping thats all it was. I'll give it a taste and see, if I don't make it its been nice knowin u guys.

How much light? At least it was covered. If it was covered and in frequent sunlight, that's not so good.

Best case is that it'll have a sour tartness, worst case is that you have malt vinegar. Just use a big fryer and lots of potatoes.

It's worth racking out from under and then bottling (if it tastes halfway decent on the test). Just make sure you really sanitize that bottle after.
Probably want to separate or toss the hoses and bottling equipment though. (I had an infected mead, and I just set aside the hose and tubing in case it happens again.)
