Hello all! I have been brewing for a couple months, and love it. Starting to put together a list of parts for a single tier build. I've been reading on here for about a month, the wife thinks I'm nuts.
 
I just got done transferring my Chocolate espresso oatmeal stout to secondary. that is a mouth full is say. Getting ready to bottle my strawberry honey wheat. I can't wait to start kegging. Bottling is a pain in the a$$!

This will just be one more reason for the wife to know I'm nuts. At least she likes my beer!
