I purchased everything I would need to start my first mead, a 1 gallon traditional dry mead, a couple months ago, some stuff came up and it got pushed back. I started researching SNA again to refresh my memory and it's got to be one of the hardest things to research. Most articles seem to be really old, I know there has been a lot of new info in the last couple of years, the rest seem to vary wildly on what they recommend. I have everything I need to build a Fermaid O/K/DAP SNA schedule using this site (http://www.meadmakr.com/batch-buildr/), but I have no clue if that's still a valid, current schedule? Is TOSNA 2.0 the newest people are using?

I use TONSA2.0 and am really happy with it. I often get to the 1/3rd sugar break in ~72 hours and if so, skip the final addition.
