Smokey Links in something?

I bought a bunch of smokey links to make some bacon wrapped jalapenos with, but I'll have a bunch left over. Any good ideas?

I already know about tiny pigs in blankets and crock pot cocktail sausages. Looking for any ideas for something new.

Worst case, I guess I *could* heat them up in a pan with some sauerkraut.

Well, yes, they are good.

Almost everything online is a recipe for pigs in a blanket, or crock pot smokies.

I did find one recipe for mac 'n cheese with cut up smokies. Pretty sure the kid would eat that.

I just found one for pretzel bites with smokies inside.

Here's one for bourbon crock pot smokies. Now I want some bourbon.

Just saw a recipe for sauerkraut and smokies slow-cooked in cola. Checked it out. At the end they suggested if you don't' like cola you could substitute with beer. AS IF COLA AND BEER WERE ANYTHING AT ALL ALIKE!


Then I got to thinking that maybe I could just cut up some potatoes and veggies and smokies and put it all in a foil pouch and make a hobo dinner out of it.

A simple beer batter and deep fried would make some great corn dog bites.

We like to chop them up into a good dice, but not too fine, and mix them with egg for either a sausage and egg scramble or omelette with cheese.

Poppers were made last night. I limited to only two each. Was going to save one for later, but forgot. Got to playing WoW with a friend.
