Hi everyone I'm new to carbonation. Just bought a co2 tank and regulator to use with 2 liter bottles. I am trying to replicate pellegrino as it would be a lot easier than buying a pack every week.

Any tips on getting the small carbonation bubbles of San pellegrino? I don't like the large bubbles of other club sodas. How do I get the tiny champagne like bubbles of San pellegrino?

Thank you all

I may be wrong, and can't back it up with any substantial data but I have found I get the tiny bubbles when I keg carbonate at temps at or below 36 degrees F with the set it and forget method.

I too like the tiny bubbles especially on some of my clear beers.

Ya I've been noticing a similar thing. Also using psi around 25-30 instead of higher psi. Thank you for the tip
