I want to start doing BIAB since I live in an apartment and don't have room for all the equipment that goes along with AG. I want to do 3-ish gallon batches because I only have a 5 gallon kettle for now. I know when looking at recipes I can make a linear reduction to the grain bill and what not but my question comes with the yeast. Can I still use a whole vile/smack pack of yeast or should I use less since it will be less than 5 gallons? Thanks in advance!

You have the great convenience of not having to make a starter. 1 ful vial in 3 gal is perfect for OG anywhere from 1.040-1.080
