Hello everybody today I brewed my Chouffe inspired beer tribute but did something stupid. The recipe calls for 14 grams of Saaz at 5 min left in the boil but I tossed it in by mistake @15min. Since I didn't want to miss the late addition aroma I decided to toss some extra Saaz @5 min without thinking it through very much. I added 18grams of Saaz @ 5 and then just hoped for the best. Did I overhop this beer or will it be perfectly fine? (I don't mind big hop flavour at all)
Also Usually I dry hop this brew with 50 grams of Amarillo 10 days before bottling. Should I still do this or should I just skip it to avoid it becoming a hop bomb?
Any advice is very welcomed.
Thanks in advance
Remi
