My five gallon batch of SP has been bulk aging for 3 months now, and I just realized I let the airlock evaporate just enough to where it is no longer sealed so of course I refilled it but it was probably open for at least a week. I planned on bottling with a bunch of sugar to sweeten then pasteurize when carbed. Will this still be any good after being exposed to open air for a while??

Your still good. That's a short time and the ABV's high enough to protect against contamination. Not being exposed to movement, sloshing, etc I'd doubt oxidation would be an issue. Besides, SP gets used up fairly quickly.
