Siphon tubing

After cleaning my siphon tubing and letting it dry, it had a lot of stuff on the inside wall. I figured I would boil the tube because I've used it quite a bit. After the boil the tubing was no longer clear, it was white (you can't see through it any more). Should I be worried? Can I still use it?

buy silicone tubing on amazon.com and put all of those worries behind you permanently since you can boil it with no ill effects to the tubing.
