Siphon tubing question

When i ordered my siphon tubing, I accidentally only ordered 1 ft. So I went to Lowes and got some vinly tubing of the same size.

On the side of the box, it says not for refrigerator ice / water systems. I think this is because they are not rated for the pressure, but want to make sure that it was ok to use.

So, does this tubing sound like it is ok for me to transfer via siphon from primary to secondary?

It should say on the tubing sticker if it's okay for food products. If it is, then you're good to go.

Yeah. It didnt say. it just said to not use it for Refigerator water / ice machines.

you shouldn't have a problem with it. I'm using the same tubing in 3/16 as beer line. its holding fine at 5-12 psi.
