Delicious. Can't wait to try the cherry and raspberry variations.


There's a dry puckering sensation in the back of my mouth, but could be from trying the black pearl porter I just bottled or the bottle of monkey king. Ran into equipment restrictions, low water/grain ratio, some unboiled grains got into the primary etc.

Tasted fine, a little thin.

So I'm currently having a sample of this cider as a, you know, post exercise recovery beverage. It is easily the best I've made, I even like it better than any commercial I've had. So good!

Careful adding cherry, I added too much and it was waaaaay to sour to consume. First dumper ever...

I have done this and it's a great easy to do cider my wife would drink as well. I drink the drier stuff but this is a nice change.
