id like to put together, or find an IPA recipe using simcoe, cascade, and citra as my primary hops. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to construct my hops schedule? I brew all grain, 6 gallon batches. Also any assistance with a grain bill would be greatly apppreciated. thanks as always!:mug:

I brew this regularly and people love it, no simcoe but maybe add it for the finish or dry?

Sure let me know what you work out. That's more of a pale than IPA, think if you maybe double up the hops it will IPA out. Compare it to the amount of hops in other IPA recipes... Usually start with someone else's recipe and modify it the way I like it. It's always beer in the end and usually it turns out good. I've only really disliked one or two I did but still drank it ha...

Thabks for the input, might use done simcoe as an additional 60 min addition to bump up the Ibu's. This looks like a recipe that I'd like to give a shot. I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks again!
