Awesome, that's not bad either! Trying to remake a pale ale that uses it. Got my results back from a competition and have tweaked the recipe but need some simcoe to complete it! Looks like there's some options, thanks guys!
 
I bought a full pound back in September for $18.99 and have only used a few ounces so far.

I heard that Yakima Chief Ranches, who owns the genetic patent, is purposely limiting the retail sales and being very selective on even which breweries they supply it to, obviously to limit supply and drive demand. Same thing The Hop Breeding Company did last year and again this year with Citra. Unfortunately, it seems to be working!

Wanna buy a 1/2 pound of it from me for.....$18.99.....lol! :ban:
