Should i wait to back sweeten and bottle after dosing with camden.

Campden is an antioxidant, and is used all the time by winemakers.
It won't kill (or even slow) yeast, so if you're not using sorbate other otherwise stabilizing the cider before sweetening, your bottles will blow up when the honey ferments out.
