Should I mill Red Wheat Flakes and Oat Flakes?

I made an oatmeal stout where I toasted the oats, and just put them as is, into the mash tun, with the milled grain. My next recipe I'm doing, has Red Wheat Flakes and Oat Flakes. I have never used Red Wheat Flakes before, should I just throw them in just like Oat Flakes? I'm assuming they don't need to be milled.
