Should I mill Red Wheat Flakes and Oat Flakes?

I made an oatmeal stout where I toasted the oats, and just put them as is, into the mash tun, with the milled grain. My next recipe I'm doing, has Red Wheat Flakes and Oat Flakes. I have never used Red Wheat Flakes before, should I just throw them in just like Oat Flakes? I'm assuming they don't need to be milled.

Flakes do not need to be milled as the endosperm is already exposed and available to the water and enzymes.
