Hi all. I have a batch that I moved to secondary when it was at 1020, after a week it dropped to 1014 and has remained constant there for another week with very little gas being produced. I was told that 1008 is what I should be aiming for. Should I wait or is it constant enough to bottle now? Cheers.

You racked to secondary too soon. You should've let it finish fermenting in primary. If you had, it might've gotten down to 1.008, or at least 1.012 or so. But don't let more than a week go between opening them, there could be some slow fermentation going on...

Since it's now too late for leaving it in primary, I would say you could bottle if the SG hasn't budged in a week or so.

It depends on what the beer is.
Unless it is a wheat, let it sit another week
secondary is for conditioning. The flavors need to get to know each other. it will be worth it
