I have an imperial stout just about done with primary and I opened the lid about 4 hours ago to take a reading and I thought I shut the bucket all the way but when I got home I noticed it wasn't completely airtight, one side of the bucket was slightly unshut, should I be concerned bacteria made its way into my beer?

No buckets are 100% airtight anyway... Assuming you're primary is in a bucket, the fact there is positive pressure as well as the later stage of fermentation - alcohol is present to kill anything that MIGHT have crept in, you should be fine.

Bacteria can't crawl up the side of your bucket and jump into your wort. AS long as it was covered to block anything falling into it, you'll be fine.
