I just brewed a belgian wit yesterday and while pitching the yeast I spilled between 1/3 and 1/2 of it. Today its fermenting away nicely, but will it ferment completely or will I have to add more yeast.

Time will tell....
Leave it for two weeks and take a reading and then you'll know/)
