Does anyone have a recipe for a partial mash Shiner Bock? or even a link to find one. I have seen it before but now I can't find it.
Thanks!

"Texas" Bock
4 lbs. Old Bavarian Munich Blend Extract
.5 lb. dark malt extract
1.5 lbs. brewery grade corn syrup
.5 lb. domestic six row lager malt
.5 lb. Belgian Cara-Vienne malt
.5 lb. medium crystal malt
1 oz Tettnang Hops (bittering)
.25 oz Cascade Hops (flavoring)
.25 oz Cascade Hops (finishing)
1/2 teaspoon calcium chloride water salts (w/ stepping grains)
for ale temps: White Labs California Ale Yeats or German Ale Yeast
for lagering: White Labs German Lager yeast or German Pilsner Yeast
1 pkg Bru-vigor
7/8 cups corn sugar for priming

i've done this in the past, but at ale temps, so i used the White Labs German ale yeast. didn't taste like Shiner though, needs to lagered. Still a tasty brew!

good luck and cheers!
