Serving pressure?

Have my beer kegged and carbonated. I heard you are suppose to lower the co2 down to serving pressure? What pressure is that?
 
Yeah leave your pressure at whatever volume CO2 you want. Mine is normally around 13PSI. You'll need to have about 10' of hose between your keg and your faucet though so that drops the effective pressure for a nice pour.
 
Ok great thanks everyone. I thought that was the way to do it but I had a guy tell me to lower the pressure to about 5 psi so it doesn't foam up so much when you pour. Seemed to me you would eventually loos your carbonation when you pull glasses from that keg.
