There are issues but not insurmountable. First question is why can't you stand it normally? I am guessing that you're trying to squeeze it into your household fridge with food in it? You also have to think about the gas bottle and regulator.If you can't get it upright and you're new to all grain I suggest you stick to bottling. There are advantages to bottling where you can have more than one beer available at a time. If you can only squeeze the one keg in somewhere you'll be stuck with that until it's empty.
