Hi all,
I liked the Sam Adams Summer Ale so much last year that I found a clone and modified it slightly to fit what I thought would align with what I wanted. Keep in mind, this is my first creation from something other than a pre-fab kit, and I love the smell and taste of hops without much bitterness. The wort is very sweet and a little green, with a great hop/citrusy taste. Let me know what you think, or if you try and modify, I'd love to hear how it turns out.
