my 1st american ale was great very clear . Now I have honey cream ale ,fermented great 1 week then racked to 2nd carboy . another week, all looked good . been in bottles almost 2 weeks , but is full of sediment what gives? I think the american ale had added irish moss but this kit did not..anyway to fix

Chilling may help, but this is a different beer. Did you use the same variety of yeast in both brews? When you say "full of sediment" do you means it is cloudy or that there is a lot of sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Sediment is what settles.

the beer is clear until I move or flip it , alot of stuff sitting on the bottom

There's always sediment in bottle conditioned beer, regardless of whether it's commercial or homebrew.

The longer it is chilled after it's carbed the tighter the came will be.

Just pour to the shoulder, into a glass, leaving the yeast behind.
