The other night we went out to a local restaurant. I ordered a Fordham ram's head ipa. When I got it I noticed the date on the bottle was from a year ago. Not minding too much, I poured it into a glass and it smelled great. I tasted it and it tasted great. That's when my girlfriend noticed a beer full of sediment in suspension. To me it looked kinda like protein chains. Any thoughts on what this might be?ImageUploadedByHome Brew1389173557.849777.jpgImageUploadedByHome Brew1389173624.009331.jpgImageUploadedByHome Brew1389173630.466283.jpg
