Secondary temp

When brewing any style beer, ale or lager, does the secondary temp need to remain the same as the primary fermentation? Thanks in advance.

For ales, while it doesn't need to remain exactly the same, you should stay within the recommended range for your yeast. And I don't know of any approaches that recommend you change it for some reason (someone smarter than I can chime in here).
