I just Racked a Brewers Best IPA kit into a 3 gallon glass. (Bottled the other 2 gallons:tank: I just cant' wait...Plus gotta keep the 5 gallon glass open for Leap Year Mead).
My Question:
Closet: 60 - 65 degrees
Kitchen:68 - 73 degrees
Basement: Solid 38 Degrees.

Where should I put this thing, and for how long?
Thanks in advance for the help.

I'd put your secondary into your Closet for a week or so, then put it into the basement about 48 Hurs prior to Bottling.

6 days in closet...24 hours in the basement...All of the floaties are gone, the sediment was very firm, and it's bottled:eek: at about 80% as clear as I expect it will be.
