Just wondering how big a difference temperature is w/ the secondary fermentation in the bottle. I live in FL, and have a fridge for primary with a controller, but I am doing the secondary around 78-80 degrees. Thoughts????

In the summer I bottle condition at around that temp and I haven't had any noticeable issues. You're controlling the temp when it counts the most-in primary.
