I am wondering how many days I have to leave my IPA in bottles for the fermentation in bottles? I think it is 2 weeks till the CO2 builds up in the bottles and it should be kept at the temperature of the primary fermentation, but then what? Shall I put the bottles in the fridge? Or it is not necessary?

What is the story with stouts? The same things?

The general recommendation is 3 weeks at 70F

Smaller beers may take less time, bigger more complex beers can take longer.
