Hi as you may tell im new to this I have couple of question on 2nd stage I have been reading up as much as I can
Is it true that if you transfer and the fermentation has finished that the cider can ho bad because of the air in the bucked 😕
Also I have just used a mangrove jack kit will it make a difference if I second stage it to make it a clearer cider
