Second batch

Right now i am making my second batch, an IPA. I have been drinking longhammer IPAs since noon (next time i cook a batch, i should be drinking MY beer). Anyway, everything is going well except that the ****ty Pyrex probe thermometer i JUST bought has ceased working. Its unfortunate that i threw the box and receipt away, as i would have returned this POS. Anyway, wish me luck!!

Good luck! I keep both a digital and manual temperature probe around for just that reason (and I learned to do so for the same reason).

yea its fortunate i still had my regular thermometer around. My apartment smells sooooo good right now!
