Hi all, finished my second all grain batch today and decided on a blonde which i have never attempted before. I did a batch sparge again, and hit 70% effeicieny again. (using 10gal igloo and copper manifold) Hoping i can do a little better in the future, but i planned for 70% so worked out perfectly.

I only have 5 gallon carboys left so ended up adjusting the recipe to do a 8.5 gallon batch and split it between two carboys. My local brew shop only had one packet of nottingham yeast so i got a S-04 as well. Im interested to see how different they will be with yeast being the only difference. Do you think i will even be able to tell a difference?
